50, Mr. Smith has owned and operated numerous businesses with an emphasis on corporate finance, growth and innovation. Mr. Smith has a career history as a Venture Capitalist, raising private and public equity, managing buying and selling groups, and identifying niche opportunities in a variety of businesses and industries. He has extensive experience in origination, structuring and oversight for seed capital funding and structured finance. He has built and maintained infrastructure through the startup phase with numerous private and public companies. A veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Smith graduated from East Texas A&M University with a double major Political Science and Economics. He also attended the University of Tulsa College of Law including additional coursework through the Harvard Business School.
